Ingredients
- 500 g Quark lean
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Custard powder
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 Egg Whites
- Sugar as needed
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except for the egg white in a bowl. Then beat the two egg whites into egg whites. Carefully fold the egg whites under the other ingredients. Fill into greased muffin molds or sprayed with separating spray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C ° for 30 minutes
