  • 1 tbsp Custard powder
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • Sugar as needed

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients except for the egg white in a bowl. Then beat the two egg whites into egg whites. Carefully fold the egg whites under the other ingredients. Fill into greased muffin molds or sprayed with separating spray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C ° for 30 minutes
