Mandarin Curd Muffins

The perfect mandarin curd muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 65 g Butter
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 125 g Quark
  • 175 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Can Tangerine
  1. Drain the tangerines. For the dough, stir together the butter, sugar and salt until creamy. stir in the egg. Then briefly stir in the quark. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the dough alternately with the milk. . Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Spread the batter into the muffin pan. Top with the mandarins. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Let muffins cool and enjoy. ;O)
