Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 160 g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 750 g quark (20% fat)
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 ½ packets of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 lemon(s), zest
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead the first 6 ingredients into a shortcrust pastry, place it in a prepared pan (approx. 30 x 40 cm), and pull up a 3 cm wide edge. Prick the edges a few times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for 15 minutes. Spread the quark filling on top and bake for another 30 minutes. Then pour the hot vanilla pudding over it and let it cool. Quark filling: Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the quark, sugar, pudding powder, cream, and lemon well. Fold into the beaten egg whites. Pudding: Mix the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth and cook with the remaining milk until a pudding forms, add sugar.
