Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g red currant jelly
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the redcurrant jelly, orange juice, and mustard in a tall bowl and blend with a hand blender. While blending, gradually add the olive oil until a creamy consistency is reached. Season to taste and drizzle over leaf salad. This dressing pairs particularly well with lamb’s lettuce.
