Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¾ liter red currant juice
- ¼ liter orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 kg gelling sugar (1:1)
Instructions

enough for approx. 8 glasses
Combine the fruit juices and gelling sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil with the juice of one lemon for 2-3 minutes. Pour hot into prepared jars and seal.
