Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¾ liter red currant juice
  • ¼ liter orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 kg gelling sugar (1:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

enough for approx. 8 glasses

Combine the fruit juices and gelling sugar in a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil with the juice of one lemon for 2-3 minutes. Pour hot into prepared jars and seal.
