Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small bananas
  • 120 g red currants
  • 1 small apple
  • 250 g kefir or yogurt
  • 1 shot of milk
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very tasty and refreshing

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash the apple, removing only the stem and blossom, and also cut into pieces. Wash the currants and remove the stems with a fork. Place the fruit and all other ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 1-1.5 minutes. Alternatively, you can puree with an immersion blender. This will leave the currant seeds intact.
