For the dough

  • 250 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 5 Eggs
  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder

For covering

  • 2 packet Baking custard cream
  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 125 g Soft butter
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 500 g Red currants
  1. Beat the butter with a hand mixer until foamy. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, then stir in each egg for about 1/2 minute at the highest level. Fold in the flour and baking powder, spread the batter on the baking sheet.
  1. Prepare baking custard cream (or vanilla pudding for boiling) with milk according to the instructions. Spread the currants evenly on the dough. Put the pudding on the berries and smooth out.
  1. For the crumble, put the flour, sugar and butter in a mixing bowl and use the mixer to make crumbles. Spread the sprinkles on the pudding cream. Bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
