Fried Couscous Balls

The perfect fried couscous balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Couscous
  • 0,5 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  1. Cut the soup vegetables into very small pieces and cook for about 5 minutes in the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper, stir in the couscous, bring to the boil again and allow to cool.
  2. Put the egg in the couscous, mix well and form small balls by hand, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in the hot fat.
