Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g Greek yogurt, 10% fat
  • 1 package of ladyfingers
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • 150 g currants
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tiramisu-style layered dessert

Arrange a layer of ladyfingers in a dish and soak them in Amaretto. Spread a thin layer of yogurt over the ladyfingers. Arrange the currants on top of the yogurt and cover with the remaining yogurt. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the yogurt. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
