Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g ready-made mix for white bread
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds, roasted
  • some coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch of chili or cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients with a dough hook. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes. With floured hands, shape it into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it rise in a warm place until it has significantly increased in volume (20-40 minutes). Brush the surface of the bread with water and place it in the oven preheated to 230°C. Place a small ovenproof bowl filled with water in the oven as well. After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 200°C. Baking time: 30-40 minutes
