Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- some milk
- 1 tsp curry powder, maybe a little more
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- some salt
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
as a dip, fondue sauce or on bread
Puree the banana and mix all ingredients together. Adjust the amount of milk to your desired consistency. The cream is also delicious with more curry.
