Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g cod fillet(s) or other firm fish
  • 3 m.-large leek(s), chopped
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 125 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for the mold

Cut the fish fillet into large pieces and place in a buttered casserole dish. Sauté the curry in the remaining butter (careful! Not too much, or it will become bitter) and add the sliced ​​leek. Simmer for a few minutes. Then pour in the milk and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil briefly and pour the sauce over the fish. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes.
