Garlic dip for vegetables

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g Miracle Whip
  • 500 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 package of herbs, frozen (e.g. 8-herbs)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the Miracle Whip with the sour cream until smooth and press in the garlic. Stir in the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for a few hours to allow the garlic to fully develop its flavor. It’s especially good as a dip for raw vegetables.
