Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g homemade mayonnaise
- some yogurt, Greek
- some cream
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp curry powder (Hamburg harbor curry)
- n. B. Sweetener
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- some garlic
- Almonds, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
simple, quick and slightly sweet curry dip, low-carb
Mix all ingredients together vigorously. I added chopped almonds as a little extra. Mayonnaise, yogurt, and curry powder can be substituted with other types, but the dip won’t taste as good.
