Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 half peaches, from the can
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 30 g margarine
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • possibly cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the fruit and drain well until no more juices run out. Melt the margarine and stir in the curry powder and cumin until well dissolved. Brush the fruit with the mixture. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread the fruit evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. This fruit pairs well with chicken and rice.
