Baked bananas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large bananas
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Butter, for greasing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Juice the oranges and grapefruit, combine the juice, and stir in the spices. Halve the bananas lengthwise, place them in a buttered dish, and pour over the juice. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with pepper steak and potatoes.
