Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (farfalle)
- 1 bag of lamb’s lettuce, amount as desired
- 3 spring onions
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 half meat sausage
- 2 oranges
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- curry powder
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with lamb’s lettuce and oranges
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, you can start chopping the remaining ingredients. Slice the spring onions into rings, quarter the tomatoes, and finely dice the sausage and oranges. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin it dry. Mix a generous amount of curry powder and a little olive oil into the crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
