Curry onion soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g onion(s)
  • 30 g butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 125 ml white wine
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 125 ml cream
  • n. B. cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions, slice them, and sauté until translucent. Add the curry and stir. Next, add the white wine, stock, and cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Finally, thicken with the cornstarch and bring to a boil briefly. Serve with white bread.
