Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 rolls (baked-up rolls)
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 4 slices of salami
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated (Emmental)
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp ketchup, (curry ketchup)
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with curry ketchup
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Cut the cooked ham and salami into small pieces. Place them in a bowl with the Emmental cheese, crème fraîche, and curry ketchup. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Halve the rolls, spread the mixture on top, and bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
