Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g carrot(s)
  • 50 g celeriac
  • 50 g banana(s)
  • 50 g apples
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 ml milk
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • curry powder
  • turmeric
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the onion. Peel and finely dice the vegetables and fruit. Sauté the onion in oil until translucent. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Pour in the milk and cook the vegetables until soft. Puree everything and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, turmeric, curry powder, and sugar.
