Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of crème fraîche (250 g)
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder (2-3 tbsp, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp honey, preferably liquid
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious for grilling and pickling turkey meat

Pour the crème fraíche into a bowl and mix with the milk to create a sauce-like consistency. Stir in 2 tablespoons of curry powder (3 tablespoons for color and a more intense curry flavor) with a fork (prevents lumps in the sauce). Then add the mustard. Stir in the honey, also using a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Tip: If you like a fruity flavor, replace the milk with peach or pineapple water.
