Curry sauce with cola

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,500 ml cola
  • 45 g curry powder
  • 2 bottles of ketchup
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ orange(s), the juice
  • some pepper, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Pour the cola into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and wait until it has reduced to 300ml. Reduce the heat, add the ketchup, and stir slowly. Add the curry powder and a pinch of red pepper until it tastes truly delicious. Add the juice of the two fruit halves, stir, and let it warm through.
