Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp margarine
- curry powder
- 3 cans of fruit (fruit salad)
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 2 cups of cream
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Melt the margarine and remove from the heat. Stir in enough curry until it turns dark brown. Add the fruit salad and juice and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the sliced bananas and cream. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Finally, season with salt. We like to serve this with rice and sliced meats.
