Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 sausages, without intestines
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 large bell pepper(s)
- some garlic powder
- some paprika powder, hot
- lots of curry powder
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Bratwurst slices with paprika and lots of curry
Slice the sausages and fry them in oil on both sides. Slice or dice the onion and bell pepper, add, and mix. Add the garlic, paprika, and curry powder, mix, and fry. The oil, onion, and sausage slices should take on a yellowish color from the curry. Depending on your taste, you can use less sausage and more bell pepper. Rice is best as a side dish, but toast or potatoes are also possible.
