Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 ml apple juice
- 40 g oat flakes (instant melt flakes, whole grain)
- 1 onion(s)
- Salt
- curry
- 2 tbsp, heaped sour cream
Instructions

vegetarian and made in no time
Mix the apple juice with the instant flakes until a paste forms. Finely dice the onion and stir in. Stir in the sour cream and season the mixture with salt and curry powder. It also tastes delicious with radishes.
