Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 40 g oat flakes (instant melt flakes, whole grain)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • curry
  • 2 tbsp, heaped sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegetarian and made in no time

Mix the apple juice with the instant flakes until a paste forms. Finely dice the onion and stir in. Stir in the sour cream and season the mixture with salt and curry powder. It also tastes delicious with radishes.
