Curry with Spelled Spaghetti

The perfect curry with spelled spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Spelled Spaghetti
  • 0,5 Broccoli
  • 4 Bunch of carrots
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 200 g Shitake mushrooms fresh
  • 6 Date tomatoes
  • 400 ml Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tsp Red curry paste
  • 2 Splash Pressed lime
  • 0,5 tsp Grated lime zest
  • 6 leaves Thai basil
  • 3 El Sesame oil
  • Possibly soy sauce
  1. Cut the bell pepper into strips, peel the carrots and cut into slices. Rub the shitake and cut in half or quarter. Divide the broccoli into small florets.
  1. Cook the pasta as usual. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and fry the cut vegetables in it. Add curry paste and toast briefly. Deglaze with coconut milk and lime juice, simmer.
  1. Drain the pasta. Halve tomatoes. Cut the Thai basil into fine strips. Stir in the lime zest, add the tomatoes, season with soy sauce if necessary, leave to stand for approx. 1 minute.
  1. Place noodles on a plate, top with curry and garnish with Thai basil.
