Spaghetti with Green Spelled Bolognese

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Green spelled, crushed
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt pepper
  • 750 g Tomatoes or 2 cans of 400 g pizza tomatoes
  • 75 g Red or brown lentils, soaked
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 0,25 tsp Rosemary
  • 0,5 tsp Basil
  • 500 g Spaghetti

Instructions
 

  • Soak the lentils for a few hours.
  • Bring the vegetable stock to the boil and add the green spelled meal, simmer for about 10 minutes at a low temperature. Turn off the hotplate and swell for another 10 minutes.
  • Heat the olive oil, add the chopped onion and sauté. Then add the green spelled meal and fry briefly.
  • Skin the tomatoes and dice them or: just add 2 cans of pizza tomatoes ...
  • Add the herbs and crushed garlic. Simmer at a low temperature, about 15 minutes.
  • Cook the spaghetti. Enjoy your meal!
