Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bratwursts, veal sausages or pork sausages
- 500 g beans
- 1 pack of breakfast bacon
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil

Very tasty and easy to make
Trim the ends of the fresh beans. Cook the beans in a covered pot in lightly boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain. Place a few beans on each strip of bacon, season with pepper, and roll up. This amount makes about 10 bacon and bean rolls. Fry the sausages in the pan, then add the bacon and bean rolls and fry them. Place 5 rolls and one sausage on each plate and serve.
