Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g whipped cream
- 2 tbsp liqueur (peppermint liqueur)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 10 drops of rum flavoring
- 1 tsp cream stiffener
- 1 cup milk
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- Cocoa powder

Quick, easy and delicious
Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer, sugar, a squeeze of lemon juice, 1-2 drops of rum flavoring, and 2 tablespoons of mint liqueur until stiff peaks form. Pour the milk into a mug and warm it. Add cocoa powder to taste and stir in 5-7 drops of rum flavoring. If desired, add 1-2 drops of peppermint liqueur to the cocoa. Carefully place the whipped cream on top of the cocoa, making sure it doesn’t spill over.
