Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g sausages (Nuremberg bratwurst)
- 4 rye rolls
- 1 onion(s), diced
- ½ bottle of tomato ketchup with curry
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Grill the bratwursts for about 10 minutes. Cut a lid off each rye roll and hollow out the rolls. Mix the grilled bratwursts with diced onions and ketchup and fill the rolls. Sprinkle with curry powder and place the lids on top.
