Custard Cream

The perfect custard cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 ml Milk
  • 3 El Sugar
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 150 ml Juice
  • 200 g Whipped cream as desired
  • 1 Pc. Cream stiffener
  1. You can take any juice you like. I took Mutivitamin, but orange juice, peach, cherry, ………. are also very tasty.
  1. Make a pudding from the first 3 ingredients and leave to cool for 15 minutes. Stir every now and then so that no skin forms.
  1. Mix the quark and the juice together in a bowl. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer so that it is firm.
  1. Mix the cooled pudding with the quark. Carefully fold the cream into the quar mass and pour into glasses. Let it set in the refrigerator.
