Custard Cream
The perfect custard cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 ml Milk
- 3 El Sugar
- 1 packet Custard powder
- 250 g Cream curd
- 150 ml Juice
- 200 g Whipped cream as desired
- 1 Pc. Cream stiffener
- You can take any juice you like. I took Mutivitamin, but orange juice, peach, cherry, ………. are also very tasty.
- Make a pudding from the first 3 ingredients and leave to cool for 15 minutes. Stir every now and then so that no skin forms.
- Mix the quark and the juice together in a bowl. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer so that it is firm.
- Mix the cooled pudding with the quark. Carefully fold the cream into the quar mass and pour into glasses. Let it set in the refrigerator.
