Ingredients
 

  • 400 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 150 ml Juice
  • 200 g Whipped cream as desired
  • 1 Cream stiffener

Instructions
 

  • You can take any juice you like. I took Mutivitamin, but orange juice, peach, cherry, .......... are also very tasty.
  • Make a pudding from the first 3 ingredients and leave to cool for 15 minutes. Stir every now and then so that no skin forms.
  • Mix the quark and the juice together in a bowl. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer so that it is firm.
  • Mix the cooled pudding with the quark. Carefully fold the cream into the quar mass and pour into glasses. Let it set in the refrigerator.
