Cutlet pan with baked beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chop(s) (stem chop)
  • 4 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the cutlets with salt and pepper. Sear on both sides in a large pan. Top each cutlet with a slice of ham (or two slices, depending on the size of the cutlet). Place the baked beans in the pan between the cutlets. Sprinkle the entire pan with grated cheese. Close the lid and simmer over low heat for about 5-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve from the pan. Serve with potato dumplings and apple sauce.
