Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp star anise
  • 1 tsp clove(s)
  • ½ tsp all-spice
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tbsp orange peel, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Grind all the spices yourself or buy them already ground. Mix everything well and pour into a screw-top jar. I always make a larger batch because I also use it in cooking.
