Daiquiri Sorbet
The perfect daiquiri sorbet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 ml Water
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 ml Sifted lime juice
- 100 ml Rum knows
- Preparation time in the ice machine approx. 40 minutes in the freezer compartment approx. 5 hours, with stirring every half hour.
- Bring the water and sugar to the boil and let them cook for another 1-2 minutes, then let them cool down
- Mix the sugar water, rum and sifted lime juice and place in the ice cream maker or in the freezer
