Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 75 g bacon
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 1 liter meat broth, clear
- 1 can/n white beans
- Tabasco
- Salt
- 4 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry until lightly browned. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Cook with the bacon, meat broth, and beans over low heat for 20 minutes. Season with Tabasco and salt. Drizzle with sour cream before serving.
