Blueberry casserole

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g sweet cream
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp cognac
  • 1 kg blueberries
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

Seduction in Blue

Mix all ingredients into a thin batter. Let stand for 1 hour. Clean the blueberries of any impurities (leaves, etc.). Do not wash! Pour the batter into an ovenproof dish. Add the blueberries. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 75 minutes.
