Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 cl ginger beer, e.g. B. Spicy Ginger by T. Henry
  • 4 cl rum, dark
  • 1 cl lime juice
  • n. B. ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add ice to the glass, lime juice, and ginger beer. Carefully pour the rum over the top, creating a dark layer. Serve with a straw and stir to enjoy. Note: Ginger beer is a carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage similar to ginger ale, but contains a higher percentage of ginger, giving it a more intense and spicier flavor.
