Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg oat flakes, wholegrain
- 50 g baking cocoa
- 20 g psyllium husks
- 2 pinches of salt, finely ground
- e.g. plant milk (plant drink) (oat-almond drink)
- e.g. syrup or honey
Instructions

Combine the dry ingredients and pour into a glass. Pour in the oat-almond milk, sweeten if desired, and enjoy! Chewing the crunchy flakes will allow the full chocolate flavor to unfold. The psyllium husks enhance this, but can be omitted. Tip: Always top up the muesli with plenty of chilled oat-almond milk and don’t add any more sweeteners. You’ll get used to the full flavor without any added sweetness!
