Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 serving of batter (pancake batter)
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 dates
- Rapeseed oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Cut the dates into approximately 4 mm wide slices. Cut the bacon slices into 3 to 4 pieces. Heat a little rapeseed oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Distribute the bacon and dates evenly in the pan and spread the pancake batter evenly over the bacon and dates. Once the pancake batter is no longer runny on top and has become firm, flip the pancake and finish cooking.
