Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 Maultaschen
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small can of sauce (tomato sauce)
  • ½ cup cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Flavorings and other spices as desired!
  • Chives, etc.

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the onions and slice into rings. Cut the Maultaschen into strips. First, sauté the onions with the margarine until translucent. Then add the Maultaschen and fry. Add the tomato sauce and thicken with the cream (amount to taste). Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with herbs and spices to taste. Serve with a green salad.
