Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g pitted dates
- 1 handful of coconut flakes
- 50 g marzipan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Optionally with marzipan
Using a food processor, grind the dates, 1/3 of the coconut flakes, and, if desired, the marzipan until smooth. Form small balls and roll them in the remaining coconut flakes until evenly coated. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or overnight is best.
