Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chives (frozen)
  • 3 eggs
  • Maggi
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

super side dish

First, hard-boil the eggs. It’s important that they’re really hard-boiled! Then peel the boiled eggs and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the cream cheese and the sachet of chives and mix everything well with a hand blender. Season with Maggi, pepper, and salt (or paprika if desired).
