Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 100 g dates
  • 8 tbsp almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the vanilla pudding mix with 1 tablespoon of cold almond milk. Bring the remaining almond milk to a boil, stir in the pudding mix, and bring to a boil briefly over low heat. Remove from the heat and let cool. Of course, any other milk can be used instead of the almond milk. Finely grate the raw marzipan and stir into the pudding. Chop the dates and stir in as well. Season with rum and pour into a glass. For children and others who are not allowed or do not want to consume alcohol, please omit the rum!
