Grilled roasted peppers à la Klaumix

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 35 minutes

Place the peppers on the grill over direct heat until the skin blisters and turns black. Watch this process closely. Place the hot peppers in a pot and let them cool, preferably overnight. Peel the peppers and place them in a bowl. Press the garlic over the peppers. Mix all the other ingredients and add them to the peppers. Let the peppers cool overnight in the refrigerator.
