Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g date(s), dried
  • Water for soaking
  • 60 g ground almonds
  • possibly cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the dates into small pieces and soak them in water. Drain some of the liquid, then add the almonds and blend everything until spreadable. If you like, you can add a pinch of cinnamon. Tastes great with fresh bread and cream cheese.
