Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cl rum, strong (54%)
  • Water, boiling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy and pour into a large mug or grog glass. Add the rum and top up with boiling water.
