with cream and dark chocolate – a sweet dream

Combine the cream and water and pour 400 ml of it into a saucepan rinsed with cold water. Stir the remaining 100 ml of the cream and water mixture with the salt, sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa powder until lump-free. Then pour it into the saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the cornstarch thickens. Remove from the heat. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces, melt it in the pudding, and stir to combine. Tip 1: To make the pudding in the microwave, place all ingredients (except the dark chocolate) in a microwave-safe container rinsed with cold water and bring to a boil uncovered for 3 x 2 minutes at 600 watts – stirring continuously during the breaks to ensure the cornstarch is evenly distributed. Then add the dark chocolate in pieces and melt while stirring. Tip 2: You can also use milk, hazelnut, or mocha chocolate. Adjust the amount of sugar accordingly. Tip 3: If you want the pudding to be easy to turn out, reduce the amount of liquid by 50 ml.
