Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 300 g honey
  • 1 liter tea, black
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 orange(s), the juice
  • 300 ml orange liqueur
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Stir the honey into the tea until dissolved, add the remaining ingredients (except cream), and heat everything while stirring (do not boil!). Pour the drink into glasses and garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream.
