Ingredients

  • 8 Wraps
  • 200 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • Oil

Instructions

  • A word before, I actually wanted to make cigarabörek, but didn't get any yufka dough, now I tried it with wraps, and it was really delicious ... a great snack, tastes warm and cold, with salads, soups or just like that
  • Briefly heat the wraps in the microwave (this makes them easier to roll)
  • Cut the sheep's cheese into eight strips, place one strip of sheep's cheese on a wrap, roll it up and fry it brown in hot oil in a pan or in the freezer.
  • 4th tip: if you like, you can also add parsley to the sheep's cheese.
