Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g flour
- 120 g sugar
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 1 cup of yogurt drink, e.g. B. Actimel Cranberry
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla pudding powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 0.3 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
First, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then briefly stir in the pudding mix. Then, add the remaining ingredients and mix everything thoroughly with a hand mixer. Then, fill the molds three-quarters full with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes. Makes 16. Tip: We used cranberry flavor, but you can vary it to your liking.
